Why Volunteer?
Studies show that parental involvement plays a significant role in student achievement and performance. A strong parent group can make a tremendous difference in how a school functions.
At Kopachuck, we encourage all our families to join KPTSA and to help any way possible. It is a wonderful way to get to know other great families in our school community. In addition, it serves as vehicle for you to voice your opinion on important issues affecting your child’s learning environment.

Parent District Council
Parent District Council is a group of representative parents from each school. The group meets monthly throughout the school year with members of the school district administration as well as community representatives to share and discuss ideas, activities, and situations that affect the students within our district. Meetings are held at 10am on the first Wednesday of each month at the district building. Minutes from these meetings are listed on our website under Important Docs
Please contact us, or Peninsula school district, if you have questions regarding these meetings.
